As an active real estate developer since 1990, Juan has left an indelible mark on the real estate landscape both locally and internationally. His experience covers a wide range of residential projects, from semi-detached to single-family homes, as well as a strong presence in judicial auctions.
He has actively participated in the development of Partial Land Management Plans and is an expert in urban planning.
His extensive experience in judicial auctions also positions him as a leading figure in this specialized niche within the real estate market.

He started in the real estate sector in 1988, collaborating on projects such as Los Arqueros Golf. He worked in urban planning with Inmogolf and in 1994, he began independently. He has managed successful real estate projects, performed appraisals for foreclosures, and currently specializes in land sales and unique asset management.
